Certfill's field mapping system connects your recipient data to your certificate layout with precision. Prepare your CSV with columns for name, course title, certificate ID, grade, and up to two custom fields your programme requires. Upload the file, assign each column to its corresponding placeholder on the template, and the system positions every value exactly where you specified.
There is no manual entry after this point. Each certificate is generated individually from the mapped data, so a cohort of 500 produces 500 accurately personalised documents, not 499 correct ones and one that slipped through.
